- Check-in time: 13:30~14:50 / SPIGEN HALL(B2F) (446, Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)

- Entrance time: 14:00~14:50 / SPIGEN HALL(B2F) (446, Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)

- Event starting time: 15:00~ / SPIGEN HALL(B2F) (446, Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)

- All winners must represent the staff with: Effective identification, winners’ message & &STORE app purchase(my) page

- Album will be given at the fan signing event place.

- All winners must represent the staff with an effective identification and the winners’ message. Deletion of the winners’ message would unable the staff from confirming the winner.

- Seats will be designated, and changing seats will not be available.

- Biological matters and/or food and beverages is not allowed within the Hall.

- Please note that all winners must carry tickets when moving from a place to another.

- On the album signing event, you will be able to give SM artists gifts and letters.

- SMTOWN &STORE will not be responsible for any disadvantages that come from not following the guidelines listed above.
