01  You must be at least 7 years old to watch this concert, and you can purchase more than one ticket

Please note that you can only register one code per one V LIVE account. 

02 The deadline for ticket sales and cancellation will be until December 30, 2020 (Wed) 23:59:59 (KST). 

03 The concert tickets will be sold exclusively through SMTOWN &STORE, V LIVE  and no tickets will be sold by any other ticketing agency. Illegal act such as transferring redeem codes to another person through unauthorized methods or purchasing the ticket through any unofficial means is prohibited.  Please be aware that you are solely responsible for any damages or harm that result from  the use of illegal ticketing websites, unauthorized reservation services from any unauthorized parties. 

04 Please keep in mind that if you post your redeem code online, such as SNS or private website,  it can be distributed and used in an illegal way. 

05 You can check your redeem code After purchasing the ticket “SMTOWN &STORE> MY PAGE >My Account”

You can watch the concert after registering the code on NAVER V-LIVE+ Beyond LIVE,  so please make sure to register your code.  

06 The cancellation and refund regulations are in accordance with the YES24 policy, and please refer to the SMTOWN &STORE website.

Cancellation after the deadline for cancellation or a redeem code that has already been redeemed are not subject to cancellation or refunds.

[Registering Redeem code(ticket) & Precautions]

01 Tickets sold on SMTOWN &STORE are for the purchase of redeem codes to watch the live broadcasts.  You must register the code on the redeem code input page of NAVER V LIVE+ Beyond LIVE to watch live broadcasts and VOD that will be provided later. 

02 After purchasing the ticket, you can check your redeem code at “SMTOWN &STORE> MY PAGE >My Account”

Please make sure to register the issued redeem code on the V LIVE+ Beyond LIVE code-combined product entry page at least 1 hour before the live broadcast for a smooth viewing experience.

V App : Click the [Enter code number GO] button on the redeem code input product page →  Enter redeem code 

PC Web : Click the [Use Code] button on STORE (https://www.vlive.tv/vstore) → Enter redeem code 

04 < Precautions > 

- If you purchase 2 or more Beyond LIVE & VOD voucher + merchandise bundles, you can send each voucher to a friend (only if your merchandise deliveries are destined for the same address).

- Once the redeem code is activated, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, misplaced orders, or other promotions for the same item.

- Please enter the correct email address when you send the voucher to a friend; requests for reshipment, exchange, and cancellation due to an erroneous address will be denied.

- In relation to the Personal Information Protection Act, the following information of purchaser and gift recipient will be provided to third parties to forward the voucher.

- Personal information recipients: SM Brand Marketing Co., Ltd., SM Entertainment Co., Ltd., Naver Corp., and Beyond LIVE Co., Ltd.

- Particulars of personal information to be provided: Name, email address, and contact number

- Period of retention and use of personal information: 90 days after purchase

In order to watch live broadcasts and register the redeem code, you must sign up for V LIVE in advance. 

- Only one redeem code can be registered per one V LIVE login account.     

For viewing, up to 2 devices can be connected when watching LIVE on 1 account, and up to 5 devices can be connected for viewing VOD.

However, in the case of PC, different browsers will be recognized as different devices.   

- When using the V App, you must update it to the latest version and register the redeem code.

If the redeem code input is not smooth on V App, you can register it through PC Web> store(https://www.vlive.tv/vstore).

- If you log in with your own account and register your first redeem code, you can also log in to another device with the same account and check/watch it through [Purchase Details]. 

※ Check Purchase Details : V LIVE > MY(My Page) > Purchase list > V LVIE+

   : After registering the redeem code, please check if the input is correct. 

- If you enter the redeem code incorrectly more than 5 times, you may enter it again after 24 hours.

The redeem code is 8 digits consisting of alphabetical capital letters or numbers. 

- The Redeem code can be copy and pasted. When registering the code, please check that there are no spaces in between the code.

- If you delete your V account after registering the redeem code, you cannot reissue or refund it.

Once issued, the redeem code cannot be transferred to another account, recovered, or destroyed.

Please be careful as it is difficult to help even if the above cases were done by mistake.
