- In the case of prints and printouts (photo cards), dents, scratches and pressure marks of 5MM or less are not subject to exchange or return, except for portraits.

- Nicks under 5 mm and scratches/dents that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.

- Only defects that are visible in the absence of light reflection are eligible for exchange/refund.
- PVC material is sensitive to heat and humidity. Product may distort in shape or stick to other PVC materials. This is not grounds for exchange or return.
