2) How to Use
Press the button on the handle once for low speed, once more for medium speed, once more for high speed, and once more to turn off.

3) How to Charge
Plug the charger into the 5-pin socket. Use standard 5V/1A chargers only. 9V high speed chargers or 2A chargers may damage or overheat product. Exercise caution to prevent fire. The LED lamp will blink white every second while charging, stay white when in use, and blink quickly 3 times every second to indicate low battery. The LED lamp will blink white every second if you charge during use. This product uses a lithium-ion battery. You can extend battery life by charging while battery life is still left.
