SM의 발라드 프로젝트 ‘S.M. THE BALLAD’의 두 번째 앨범 가 2월 13일 전격 출시된다.
‘S.M. THE BALLAD’는 다양한 가수들의 참여와 콜라보레이션을 통해 완성도 높은 발라드 음악을 선사하겠다는 취지로 탄생한 프로젝트로, 2010년 11월 첫 선을 보여 화제를 모은 바 있다. 

이번 두 번째 앨범 에는 동방신기 최강창민과 슈퍼주니어 예성, 소녀시대 태연, 샤이니 종현, f(x) 크리스탈, EXO 첸, 슈퍼주니어-M 조미, 장리인 등 매력적인 음색과 폭발적인 가창력을 지닌 8명의 SM 소속 아티스트가 참여, 아름다운 하모니와 다채로운 발라드를 만날 수 있어 음악 팬들의 뜨거운 반응이 기대된다. 특히 이번 앨범은 한국어버전과 중국어버전으로 출시, 한국어버전에는 태연과 종현이 호흡을 맞춘 ‘숨소리’, 예성이 부른 ‘내욕심이 많았다’가 수록되었으며, 중국어버전에는 중국어로 노래한 첸과 장리인의 ‘숨소리’, 조미의 ‘내 욕심이 많았다’가 각각 담겨 있어, 같은 곡임에도 각기 다른 언어와 음색이 어우러진 색다른 매력을 느낄 수 있다. 더불어 태연의 솔로곡 ‘Set me free’, 종현과 첸의 듀엣곡 ‘하루’, 크리스탈과 첸의 듀엣곡 ‘좋았던 건, 아팠던 건’까지 총 6곡이 수록되어 있으며, 이번 앨범은 ‘이별’을 테마로 전곡이 하나의 스토리로 연결되도록 유기적으로 구성해, 앨범의 완성도와 감상의 즐거움을 한층 배가시켰다.

[How to Submit a Request for Exchange/Return]

3. Please include your order number, name, and ID on a slip of paper in your return package.
Items returned without prior request and confirmation are not eligible for refund.
Return Shipping Fees
- Refunds/exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
- For wrong or defective items, the store is responsible for return shipping fees.
Cash on delivery is not available for EMS shipments. If you send us a copy of your return
shipment receipt, we will refund the shipping fee after confirmation.

- Nicks under 5 mm and scratches/dents that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- For printed/paper/portrait merch, defects on the back or background (not on the face) and scratches, dents, or nicks that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- Only defects that are visible in the absence of light reflection are eligible for exchange/refund.
- PVC material is sensitive to heat and humidity. Product may distort in shape or stick to other PVC materials. This is not grounds for exchange or return.

- You can only cancel orders that are in [Payment Confirmed] or [Pending Shipment] status.

- Misdelivery, product defects: If the order is misdelivered or you have received a defective item, please submit a Private Inquiry to our Customer Service within 7 days from delivery for Exchange/Return requests.
