[NOTICE] Refund Notification from SMTOWN &STORE

Hello, this is SMTOWN &STORE. 

We would like to inform you that the KWANGYA CLUB community service has been terminated, and as a result, you can no longer purchase new ACE Membership codes or register within the KWANGYA CLUB App starting from Tuesday, June 13th, 23:59:59 (KST).

Here is a notification regarding the cancellation and refund process for unused orders after the service termination. The refund criteria are as follows: 

- Eligible for Refund: Orders placed by customers who have purchased the SM ARTIST FANCLUB ACE Membership but have not completed the registration process within the KWANGYA CLUB App. 

- Refund process: Starting from June 21st, 2023. 

※ Please note that there is no need to send us a request, as the refund will be automatically processed. However, due to a high volume of orders to be cancelled, it may take some time for the entire process to be completed.

- Refund Method: The payment method used for the purchase of the ACE membership code.

- Refund Amount: 

1) Unused Welcome KWANGYA CLUB COUPON: You will receive a full refund. 

2) Used Welcome KWANGYA CLUB COUPON: You will receive a refund of the remaining balance after deducting the coupon value (8 USD).

Kindly note that this refund notice applies only to orders for ACE membership codes not registered within the KWANGYA CLUB App. 

Each FANCLUB will give you notice through KWANGYA CLUB regarding the refund process for orders with ACE Membership codes that are already registered.
