If you want a refund or exchange for wrong delivery, damaged goods, or product defect, please send your request to Private Inquiry or Email(firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days from the date you received the item.
If any of the items you have ordered is missing from the package you have received, please take a video of the box you have received or the item still in the protective packaging bag, send the video to Email(email@example.com), and then post the invoice number, missing item, and quantity on our Private Inquiry for faster service.
However, please be informed that your request may not be processed if the video doesn’t include a clip of opening the package.
※ Please be informed that if the item cannot be exchanged because it’s out of stock, it may be returned/refunded instead.
If it’s not a pre-order but a standard order, it will take between 5 and 10 days from the date of purchase.

- If a pre-order, artist case, and other items that cannot be shipped out on the date of purchase are included in the list of items you have ordered, all the item(s) you have ordered will be shipped out as soon as these items are ready for shipment.
