- Check-in time: 18:00~19:20 / SMTOWN @coexartium 5F HALL (513, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
- Entrance time: 18:30~19:20 / SMTOWN @coexartium 5F THEATRE (513, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
- Event starting time: 19:30~ / SMTOWN @coexartium 5F THEATRE (513, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
- All winners must represent the staff with: Effective identification, winners’ message & &STORE app purchase(my) page
- Album will be given at the fan signing event place.
- All winners must represent the staff with an effective identification and the winners’ message.
Deletion of the winners’ message would unable the staff from confirming the winner.
- Seats will be designated, and changing seats will not be available.
- Biological matters and/or food and beverages is not allowed within the Hall.
- CHEN will not be accepting any kind of gifts from the event.
- Please note that all winners must carry tickets when moving from a place to another.
- SMTOWN &STORE will not be responsible for any disadvantages that come from not following the guidelines listed above.
- Please note that the artist will not receive any gifts except the letters at the fan signing event.
