[Notes on Booking]
1) This performance is available for age 7+, and one person can purchase more than one ticket.
2) The deadline for live streaming ticket sales and cancelation is Sat, Aug. 26, 2023, 18:00 (KST).
3) Tickets for this performance will be available on both Beyond LIVE and SMTOWN &STORE, and there will be no sales through other channels. Illegal transfer and scalping of redeem codes are prohibited, and the buyer is solely responsible for damages caused by illegal purchases.
4) Please note that your redeem code may be distributed and used illegally if you disclose it on online platforms such as social media after obtaining it.
5) You can check the redeem code as soon as you purchase a live broadcast ticket by visiting SMTOWN & STORE>My Page>Order History>Order Number.
To access the show, you need to register the redeem code on Beyond LIVE (https://beyondlive.com). Please make sure to complete the registration.
6) Cancellations and refunds are not available after the sales cancellation deadline or when the redeem code is already registered to the system.

[Redeem Code Registration and Precaution]

1) For live streaming tickets sold by SMTOWN &STORE, you must visit the Beyond LIVE website and register the purchased redeem code via “Redeem Code Verification” on the product page to watch the live streaming.

2) You can check the redeem code as soon as you purchase a live broadcast ticket by visiting SMTOWN & STORE>My Page>Order History>Order Number. If the redeem code is not issued within one hour after placing the order, please register through 1:1 bulletin board. When requesting a refund due to an error with the code, you must attach a screenshot of the entire error screen.
- You must register the issued redeem code via “Redeem Code Verification” on the product page of the Beyond LIVE Web browser at least one hour before the live streaming of Beyond LIVE - 2023 NCT CONCERT - NCT NATION: To The World, Please make sure to go through this step in advance so that you can enjoy the show without any inconvenience.
- Please register the redeem code through a PC/Mobile Web browser. (No redeem code registration available on APP)

3) <How to register redemption code>
On PC/Mobile Web (https://beyondlive.com), click the product banner -> click the redeem code verification button. If you see the redeem code verification completion message, the registration is complete.
On the day of the performance, you can click the Enter button to start viewing.

4) <Precaution>
- If the redemption code for the Beyond LIVE live streaming ticket is activated, it is not possible to withdraw, cancel, exchange, or refund the subscription due to a simple change of mind, purchase mistake, or other special offers of the same title, as there would have been a decrease in the value of the product.
- You must enter the correct email address when gifting a Beyond LIVE live streaming ticket. Re-sending, exchange, or cancellation due to incorrect email address entry is not available.
- To deliver Beyond LIVE live streaming tickets in line with the Personal Information Protection Act, we provide the information of the purchaser and gift recipient as follows.

- To register live streaming tickets and the redeem codes you purchased for Beyond LIVE - 2023 NCT CONCERT - NCT NATION : To The World, you must sign up for membership on Beyond LIVE (https://beyondlive.com).
- Only one redeem code can be registered under one Beyond LIVE login account. One account can access up to two devices for watching LIVE shows. However, in the case of a PC, please note that a new browser is recognized as a new device.
- If you log in with your account to register your redeem code for the first time, you can log in to another device with the same account to watch the show on the product page.
- The redeem code is an 8-digit code consisting of uppercase letters or numbers, and if you enter it incorrectly three times or more, you must wait an hour to try again. Please make sure to use uppercase English alphabet.
- The redemption code can be copied and pasted. When entering the redemption code, make sure there are no spaces in the code before clicking the register button.
- If you withdraw Beyond LIVE membership after registering the redeem code, the code cannot be reissued or refunded, and once issued, the redeem code cannot be transferred to another account, retrieved, or destroyed. [How to Submit a Request for Exchange/Return]

[Note Before Exchange/Return]

・The color of the actual product may vary from image depending on your monitor’s
resolution settings. The color and placement of the product label may also vary from image.

- To request an exchange or refund for missing or defective products, video evidence of the package unboxing showing all inclusion is required. Exchange and refund requests may be denied without the video.
- The unboxing video shall show all sides of the box before opening and contain the entire opening process.
- If you request an exchange for items shipped at random, the replacement product will also be selected at random.
- Nicks under 5 mm and scratches/dents that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- For printed/paper/portrait merch, defects on the back or background (not on the face) and scratches, dents, or nicks that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- Only defects that are visible in the absence of light reflection are eligible for exchange/refund.
- PVC material is sensitive to heat and humidity. Product may distort in shape or stick to other PVC materials. This is not grounds for exchange or return.

- You can only cancel orders that are in [Payment Confirmed] or [Pending Shipment] status.

・Exchange∙Return Period

- Misdelivery, product defects: If the order is misdelivered or you have received a defective item, please submit a Private Inquiry to our Customer Service within 7 days from delivery for Exchange/Return requests.
