[Registration Procedure] Step 01. Purchase the ACE membership code on SMTOWN &STORE, then confirm your code at Order History on MY PAGE. Step 02. Sign in on the KWANGYA CLUB APP, then register the ACE Membership Code that was purchased at SMTOWN &STORE. KWANGYA CLUB can be used via your SMTOWN account.
[Common Information on All SMTOWN ARTIST OFFICIAL FAN CLUBS] - Members can join the official fan club of each artist in KWANGYA CLUB. Purchase the separate ACE Membership Codes for each fan club through SMTOWN &STORE, then complete your sign-up for ACE membership, you must purchase an ACE Membership Code separately, then register it on the KWANGYA CLUB app. - You must sign up to KWANGYA CLUB with your real name in order to participate in fan club activities. If you are under the age of 14, you must receive consent from your legal representative (guardian) to sign up. - The member’s ID will be checked for receiving fan club benefits. In order to receive benefits, the name on the ID must match the name on the Fan Mobile Card. (This refers to the English name displayed on passports for non-Korean members.) - Fan club members can only receive benefits if they have provided their accurate information. Incorrect or missing information may restrict the provision of benefits. - Fan club benefits are provided only during the one-year ACE membership period. No other person (family, friend, relative, etc.) can receive the benefits in lieu of a member. In addition, fan club membership qualifications cannot be sold or transferred. [FAQ] Q. How can I receive the pre-order benefit for an artist concert? A. The details on the artist’s concert will be announced on fan club community or official artist SNS account. Please follow the notice to participate in the pre-order.
Q. How can I use SMTOWN STORE coupons? A. Coupons are issued within 1 hour to your SMTOWN &STORE account where you purchased your ACE Membership Code. They can be used on orders of $8 or more. If you request a refund for your ACE Membership Code, coupons will also be collected. (Coupons are valid for 1 year from the issuance date and can be used only on the official website of SMTOWN STORE.)
Q. How can I extend my ACE membership? A. KWANGYA CLUB ACE membership expires after one year. You can update your ACE Customer Group by purchasing and activating a new ACE Membership Code before the existing membership expires. A notice on membership extension will be posted on the Notice board of the KWANGYA CLUB Service Introduction page (https://help.kwangyaclub.com) in the first half of 2023. (E.g. ACE→ACEⅡ / ACEⅡ→ACEⅢ)
Q. How can I get a refund? A. The ACE membership code can be refunded within 7 days after purchase if you had not registered the code via SMTOWN &STORE Customer Service. After the refund, coupons will be retrieved. However, if you have already used the fan club benefits without code registration within the 7 days, or have already registered the ACE membership code, exchanges or refunds are not available. Please note before purchase.
